We ensure the highest standards of quality control by overseeing every aspect of the production process. All images are printed on archival quality papers, canvases or metallic dye bond surfaces. The most popular options for prints are described when you click the Buy button to access the Shop area, and then mouse over the option you are interested in for More Info.  Image orders can then be added to the Cart as long as you've signed in to create your account. You can also save images for later review and finalization by selecting the button in the upper left corner of each print.

Almost any type of customization is available. Prints can be ordered loose, matted, or matted and framed.  A variety of contemporary and traditional mounting or framing options are available.  Our framing partner is one of the largest custom facilities of its type in the North America.   Custom orders require 2 to 4 weeks and must be paid for in full at the time of the order (Paypal, Visa and MasterCard are accepted). If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it undamaged in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt. A full refund (not including return postage) will be sent to you after quality control inspection.

Licensing Images

All images may be licensed for rights-managed editorial or commercial uses. We are happy to provide a quote for your project needs. Use the contact form to let us know your requirements and Bob will be in touch with you shortly.

Shipping

You will be notified by email when your order is complete. Normally orders will be shipped, free of charge to anywhere in the US, but there may be a charge, depending on the size of the art and shipping method.   Once your order has been shipped we will email you the tracking number. Unframed prints are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the original delivery, unless specified at point of purchase (eg items marked final sale). Custom framed prints are not eligible for a refund, though they may be eligible for replacement if damaged in shipping or production. For limited editions, we need to verify the condition of the print and its matching Certificate Of Authenticity before we can issue a refund. Please contact us to begin the returns process and note the following:

  • We are not responsible for and do not reimburse shipping costs on any returns or exchanges, unless they due to an error made by us.
  • Pack your return very well. Returned items received by us in damaged or unsellable condition will incur a 25% fee, taken out of the refund.
  • Items with a value of $50 or more must be returned using a method that can be tracked.
  • Any items returned without the original Certificate of Authenticity will not be accepted for a refund.
  • Certificates of Authenticity that are returned with damage cannot be accepted for a refund.
  • Custom framed prints are not eligible for a refund.
  • It generally takes five to seven business days after receiving a return for it to be inspected and a refund submitted.

If for any reason you receive your art damaged or receive the incorrect art please contact us (by email) as soon as possible, so we can resolve and replace the item at no charge to you.
